I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida, dedicated to helping individuals gain insight, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, an APA-accredited program, and have experience across clinical, community, and forensic settings.
I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, substance use, and crisis-related challenges, and have provided therapy and psychological assessment to diverse and complex populations.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space while supporting clients in making practical, meaningful changes.
My goal is to provide care that is ethical, thoughtful, and individualized, helping clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I value authenticity, curiosity, and connection, and I believe meaningful progress begins with feeling understood.
Leisurely, I love spending time with my goldendoodle, rabbit, and cat. I’m a big Disney fan and love reading fantasy novels or watching movies such as Lord of the Rings. Come see me, and I will help you overcome the villains in your story.
