Who can participate?

Groups will be offered for ages: 9-11, 12-14, and 15-18 years old.

Parent group option available.

How much is it to participate?

The cost is $75 a session

How long is each session?

Each group session is 60 minutes in length

Who will be leading the group?

Led by Licensed Psychologist, Melanie St-Onge, Ph.D. 

Sessions will focus on the following competencies:

  • Know and Practice Mindfulness

  • Discover your emotional vulnerability

  • Build your tolerance to emotional distress with concrete tools and tips


OCD Support Group

Do you or your loved one suffer from OCD?

Who can participate?

Individuals with OCD age 18 or older, the parent of a child with OCD, or the significant other of an OCD sufferer

How much is it to participate?

The cost is $75 a session

How long is each session?

Each group session is 75 minutes in length

Who will be leading the group?

Led by Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Katie Merricks, Ph.D., NCC 


Social and Emotional Skills Group

Does your child need practice to improve their social and emotional skills?

Who can participate?

Groups will be offered for ages: 6-8 years and 9-11, and 12-13 years old. Groups are conducted three times a year.

How much is it to participate?

The cost is $75 a session.

How long is each session?

Each group session is one hour in length.

Who will be leading the group?

The group will be led by Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Amanda Privé, Ph.D., BCBA, NCSP.

Meeting Tuesday, early evenings starting in September, 2023

 The Social Skills Curriculum is focused on learning how to use good eye contact, having an upright/still body posture, staying in your personal space, keeping your hands and feet to yourself, using an appropriate speaking voice, being flexible, editing your words, using anger management techniques, listening, joining groups, using impulse control, recognizing the feelings of others, looking at other’s faces for clues to expression, learning how to make friends, and being a good friend.  


CBIT Group

Learn to better manage your tics.

Who can participate?

Groups will be offered for ages: 8 - 16 years old

How much is it to participate?

The cost is $75 a session

How long is each session?

Each group session is 75 - 90 minutes in length depending on group size

Who will be leading the group?

The group will be led by Licensed Psychologists, Dr. Katie Merricks, Ph.D., NCC and Dr. Amanda Privé, Ph.D., BCBA, NCSP.

Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) is an evidence based behavioral therapy that teaches people to manage their tics over time.
