Dr. Tiffany Ragan, Psy. D.

LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, PY15007

Adult counseling, Psychological Assessment throughout the Lifespan

I completed my APA accredited doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. I enjoy providing therapy and evaluation services in the field. Through my doctoral education and training, I developed skills and a passion for comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic clarification. I have utilized my assessment skills in various professional roles to include work with school aged children, military veterans, and older adult populations.

I have over 15 years of experience conducting individual and group psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. As a clinical psychologist I have worked in private practice, health clinics, acute rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities. My belief is that the therapeutic relationship is an important aspect to positive treatment outcomes.

I offer a client-centered approach to treatment and utilize modalities tailored to the individual from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I strive to create a safe environment in which clients build strength, insight, and awareness and develop tools necessary to increase quality and satisfaction of life.

Through my professional career, I have successfully treated individuals struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, and depression. I have also worked with co-occurring disorders to include individuals recovering from substance use disorders, brain injury, and other medical conditions.

In my leisure time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with family.
